A game in which you play the role of a wannabe adventurer,  going  with  their  best  friend to a town called "The Capital of Dreamers".
Here, a dungeon hides secrets and treasures.

What will you find? Love, an adventurous life, both, or maybe something else?
Inspired by Suikoden’s unite attacks and Persona social mechanics.

Gameplay

⚔️ Social Strategy: Build bonds with your party in town, unlock combo attacks and unique skills through friendship, increase your reputation to access better loot and become a respected adventurer.

🛡️ CRPG-Style Builds: Craft your hero with weapons, off-hand items, skills, allies and accessories to match your playstyle.

🔥 Roguelite Dungeons: Randomized floors with traps, puzzles, and non-invasive on-map encounters.

Characters

Hero

In this game, you are meant to be the hero, as such I've focused on letting the player build their character through choices: which weapons will you specialize in? Only few things are set in stone about them: they are an apprentice fire mage and are traveling to the "Capital of Dreamers" with their best friend Elias.

Demetria

An happy-go-lucky ranger, she's hard to hit and knows how to puck a punch.

In battle, Demetria focuses on water magic and having a high damage output, but she can swap her bow for a shortsword and dagger, giving her chances to inflict the powerful "bleed" status to enemies!

But Demetria also has some tricks up her sleeve... Like "lockpicking" chests and doors!

Lumen

Lumen is our tank!A good willed young guy who hopes to become an adventurer, maybe our hero is exactly the push he needed to become one!

He has the tough luck of being targeted by enemies more often than not, but this can play to your favour, as his defense grows alongside him and he learns how to strengthen the whole team!

Eirene

Our sleepleess magician, Eirene spends her days studying in the Church in town, she knows healing and ice magic.

Eirene can use Tomes and a Wand to further increase her elemental affinities and can be used as a pure healer, or to fill in the gaps in the team.

Afterwords

Wingborn is a name I chose for this game after fidgeting around with its  story, I hope you'll understand why. It has been developed in little more than 15 days, so I already know it's going to be a flawed piece, moreover it's my first published game, so I still have a lot to learn.

I know that in its current state, this game is not the best experience, but I want to polish it until I can proudly say "I made this".
